Angela Shealy
Trust Accounting Expert

I am a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience spanning finance, accounting, operations, HR, and technology. Currently, I serve as Chief Financial Officer at Invictus Associates, LLC, and as a consultant to PMS Pros. I bring a proven track record of enhancing profitability, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable business growth for both public and privately held organizations.

My expertise includes financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. I have led complex system implementations, overseen multi-entity consolidations, played key roles in due diligence and integration during numerous acquisitions, and with a strong command of financial systems such as NetSuite, PayCom, and Prologue.

I hold a BBA in Accounting and Business Management from Old Dominion University and an Associate’s in Engineering Graphics from Greenville Technical College. I earned my CPA designation in 2008.

Erica Duren
Financial Operations Specialist

I got my start in the short-term rental industry back in 2006 as a Guest Services Coordinator with a large vacation rental company in Hilton Head Island, SC. Over the years, I wore a lot of hats—working my way up to Director of Finance and eventually General Manager—which gave me the chance to really learn the business inside and out.

As Director of Finance, I oversaw budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and worked closely with other departments to keep everything aligned. I focused on improving processes, increasing transparency, and helping the team make smart, data-driven decisions.

Throughout my career, I’ve built up a broad base of experience across key areas like reservations, revenue management, marketing, channel management, and finance. That well-rounded perspective has shaped how I approach every challenge—with an eye on both the details and the big picture.

Dawn Yeskulsky
Industry Advisor & Oversight

Since 1996, I’ve had the privilege of working in various capacities with some of the largest and most influential tech companies within this industry. I began as a property manager, a role I consider the cornerstone of my career. Subsequently, I spent a combined 17 years working in technology and software roles, followed by a fulfilling decade in fintech and payment processing for VR managers.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to witness and contribute to the remarkable growth and transformation of the vacation rental industry, from its early days as a relatively unknown alternative to traditional lodging to its current status as a mainstream travel option.
