Since 1996, I’ve had the privilege of working in various capacities with some of the largest and most influential tech companies within this industry. I began as a property manager, a role I consider the cornerstone of my career. Subsequently, I spent a combined 17 years working in technology and software roles, followed by a fulfilling decade in fintech and payment processing for VR managers. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to witness and contribute to the remarkable growth and transformation of the vacation rental industry, from its early days as a relatively unknown alternative to traditional lodging to its current status as a mainstream travel option. It has been an incredible journey, and I feel fortunate to continue to be a part of it

I have 8 years of SASS software onboarding and training experience. I worked for Streamline VRS for 3 years. I have extensive experience in onboarding, training and troubleshooting questions within Streamline. My specialty in *Streamline is the Accounting part of the system. As a passionate pro I have accumulated experience first had helping clients set up, utilize and successfully use/ onboard with *Streamline. My passion is helping my clients reach their goals and exceed expectations as start with Streamline and grow their business.

Justin started in the vacation rental industry in 2021 as a Homeowner Integrations Specialist with Vacasa. He was tasked with reaching out and onboarding new property managers and homeowners of vacation rental companies that were acquired by Vacasa. In 2022, he transitioned to Vacasa’s Field Operations Training team, where he traveled across the country training new Vacasa employees and conducting continuing education courses. Later that year, he moved to TravelNet Solutions and took on the role of Implementations Consultant, where he was responsible for the configuration and training of new clients using the Track PMS software.

These steps are essential in the onboarding process, and the PMS Pros are not intended to replace this process. However, the PMS Pros are here to provide an elevated level of assistance for those seeking additional or advanced services beyond what is provided through training and support.

This includes guidance on operational best practices, process recommendations, data verification, internal task delegation and verification within your team, and crucial live assistance from your dedicated PMS Pro as needed (i.e. You can pick up the phone and call them). We can even come onsite and spend a few days with your team if that works best for you.
